Roisin qualified as a vet from University College Dublin in 2000. She worked in mixed practice in West Clare before completing a GP Certificate in Small animal Medicine and electing to work exclusively in Small Animal Practice. She joined the team at the Animal Care Hospital Douglas in 2011.
Roisin was awarded the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Certificate in Small Animal Medicine in 2016. This has allowed her to develop her knowledge and expertise in the fascinating field of Small Animal Medicine. Roisin is especially interested in cardiac and respiratory disease, neurology, gastrointestinal and endocrine disorders.
